How it works

How a load moves with Load & Go

  1. We find the load

Your dispatcher finds freight that fits your lanes, equipment and rate, and negotiates the price.

  2. You say “book it”

We run every load by you first. Nothing is booked without your OK.

  3. We book & manage it

We sign the rate confirmation, send the paperwork and stay in contact with you and the broker.

  4. You get paid, then we do

We bill the load or submit it to your factoring company. Our 7% is due only after the broker pays you.

Why Load & Go

Straightforward dispatching. No strings attached.

We only earn when you earn: our fee comes after the broker pays you. And there’s no contract — if we aren’t adding value, you’re free to walk away at any time.

FAQ

Truck dispatching questions, answered

What is Load & Go Dispatch?

Load & Go Dispatch LLC is a truck dispatching company based in Harrisonville, Missouri. We find and book loads for owner-operators and small fleets, negotiate rates, handle rate confirmations and paperwork, bill loads and submit invoices to factoring companies.

How much does Load & Go Dispatch charge?

We charge 7% of the gross rate per load. Certain truck types qualify for a lower rate, and in some conditions discounts apply to every truck in a fleet. There are no setup or monthly fees.

When do I pay the dispatch fee?

Only after the broker pays you. We don’t charge anything until you have been paid for the load.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. There is no binding agreement, so you can stop working with us at any time.

Will you book loads without asking me?

No. We run every load by you first. If you say “book it”, we book it; if not, we keep looking.

What equipment do you dispatch?

Dry van, reefer, flatbed, step deck, power only, box truck, hotshot and conestoga. If you run something else, tell us and we’ll build a plan around it.

Are you available 24/7?

Yes. Our dispatchers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Will you send me text messages?

Only with your permission. We ask whether we may text you during a phone call, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
