Privacy Policy

Your information stays yours. Here’s exactly what we collect, why, and who sees it.

Last updated: October 3, 2026

The short version: we only collect the information you choose to give us. We use it to dispatch your truck and handle your billing. We never sell it, and we don’t share it with anyone except what’s needed to book and bill your loads — with your OK. We never text you without your permission.

This Privacy Policy explains how Load & Go Dispatch LLC (“Load & Go”, “we”, “us”) of Harrisonville, MO 64701 handles information about the drivers, owner-operators and carriers who use our dispatch services or visit this website.

1. Information we collect

We only collect information that you decide to share with us, for example when you fill out our sign-up form, email us or talk to a dispatcher. This may include:

  • Your contact details — name, email address and phone number.
  • Your company details — company name, MC and USDOT numbers, equipment type, number of trucks and preferred lanes.
  • Documents you send us to set up dispatching — such as your operating authority, certificate of insurance, W-9 and your factoring company’s notice of assignment.
  • Load paperwork created while we work for you — such as rate confirmations, bills of lading (BOLs), proofs of delivery (PODs) and invoices.

We don’t ask for more than we need to dispatch your truck, and you’re never required to send us anything you’re not comfortable sharing.

Website information

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you switch between light and dark mode, that preference is saved in your own browser and is never sent to us. Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers to download them.

2. How we use your information

We use your information only to:

  • respond to your sign-up and contact you about our dispatch services;
  • find, negotiate, book and manage loads on your behalf;
  • complete broker setup, rate confirmations and other load paperwork;
  • prepare invoices and submit them to your factoring company or the broker;
  • claim detention, layover and other accessorial pay for you; and
  • meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing.

The only time your information leaves our office is when it’s needed to do the job you asked us to do:

  • Brokers — when you approve a load, we send that broker the carrier documents they require to set you up and pay you (for example your authority, insurance certificate and W-9).
  • Your factoring company — we send your invoices and load paperwork so you get paid.
  • When the law requires it — for example, to respond to a valid court order.

We use everyday business tools (such as our email provider) to store and send your documents. These providers handle data on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.

4. Text messages (SMS)

We never send text messages without your permission. We’ll ask whether we may text you during a phone call, and we only text you if you say yes. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your text messaging consent and phone number are never shared with any third party.

5. How we protect your information

We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe, including limiting access to the people at Load & Go who need it to dispatch your truck. No method of storing or sending information is 100% secure, but we treat your documents with the same care we’d want for our own.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your information while you work with us, and afterwards only as long as needed for our business records and legal obligations (for example, tax records). After that, we delete it.

7. Your choices

  • Ask us what information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct or update it.
  • Ask us to delete it, unless we have to keep it by law.
  • Stop working with us at any time — we don’t use binding contracts.

To make any of these requests, email us at load1godispatch@gmail.com.

8. Children

Our services are for trucking businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients directly.
